Tis the season for things to potentially go a little… side-ways… so prepare yourself now, so if someone did choke on a piece of pie, YOU could actually help them!

Join Starr CPR for one last go for 2024 at some CPR and First Aid Training. We will be hosting an in-person course FRIDAY DECEMBER 20th at the Mendocino Coast Recreation and Park District studio on Franklin St in Fort Bragg from 9a.m. to 4p.m.

This course is set up to educate anyone who is wanting to learn CPR/AED/ and First Aid and comes with a certification.
You will want to bring snacks, comfy clothes and an open mind. This is nitty gritty stuff but we can learn in a positive and fun space.
